Hematoma jer...

Mom arranged me an appointment with the doc today. My toes suddenly turned blue-black underneath the nail, and I will experience very tight sensation along my calves every night.  I thought the pain has something to do with the toe. Earlier, Mak has asked  around  & the doctor suspected me to have gas gangrene or what not. So, he ordered for an appointment. Doctors are just smart, smart as in *miracle*. All this while, I hid the fact that it all started after I wore tight shoes, instead, I will tell Mom maybe it has something to do with vigorous exercise at the gym. But with doctors, you cannot lie! The moment he saw my toes, straight away he said "Ni mesti tight shoes ni kan?" *Goosebump sekejap* And luckily, nothing serious, just a minor haematoma. The calves pain is caused by muscle sprain,  exertion of movement, nothing to do with the blue-black toe. And that is what b told me, muscle pain. Therefore, I need muscle relaxant. Again, baby is right!

P/S: A subungual hematoma is a collection of blood (hematoma) underneath a toenail or fingernail. It can be extremely painful for an injury of its size although otherwise it is not a serious medical condition. A subungual hematoma that results from the repetitive thrusting of the longest toe into a shoe's toe box is called jogger's toe *wiki-ed*

 Oh ya, I have just discovered how to do this cone-head style. heahaha.tak rambut panjang pun takpe, asalkan dpt ikat.
