A visit to SSPCA; Lagu Tema: Super Something by Yuna

So we went to the SSPCA this morning. We were greeted by Madam Dona as told. Our group arrived at 11 am, consisting of 20 students. I was so excited to see the cats and puppies.

Honestly, I was expecting (jujur ni jujur) something dirty, smelly, congested and stuffy, and I was wrong right there!! The place is super clean, no odor at all, with excellent ventilation. All the animals have happy faces and most of them are so well-fed that they are fatter than my cat. 

Salute to the workers/ volunteers for keeping the place sooo well taken care of.

 Before you can go in, u must dip your shoes in this disinfectant to avoid transmitting disease to the animals, not the other way round ok,!!! they really take care of the animals!

 Look at the one above me, he tried to greet me for ignoring him!! So cutee!! aiyak, die!

 This is the garden. The dogs will be released from the cage to play/de-stress in this garden. Each group will rotate turn to play for 5 hours. Best kan.

This is the cremation center. Cats and dogs which die naturally or put to sleep will be burnt here.

Fridge

One cremation process takes approx. 8 hours to fully turn the carcass into ashes!! So, it involves lots of gas which is costly. (RM350 for one time burning) Hence, mass cremation. 30 cats/10 dogs per burning. The carcass will be frozen here until the quota is full.

My babies. I hope they enjoy! :)

My penchant for animals is out of question, I really love animals, that justifies why I chose this place for our field trip. When I mean love, it doesn't stop at caress and kissing, love means to still take care of them in what ever forms, including cleaning up the poo poo! And I strongly think loving/ taking care of pets is the best hands on training for your real babies next time. :)

Just so you know, my best friend is in LOVE. She is so head over heels over this particular guy. During my last trip to KK, I get to see this man and I approved. At that time, she was still in the crush stage. That crush has elevated into the next level when a serendipity batoned up her a chance to offer the guy a ride into her ehem new ehem Arjuna. The rest was history. And every time my cell beeps, its always her texting me *Armando this and Armando that. And one time, there was suddenly a full screen of Armando's name! Ohh my gat! She's never like this before. 

As a friend I am happy for her, and for me, I have passed through this stage 4 years ago, and luckily still in that mode. :)

One day in My Life; Lagu Tema:All my Life by Kci and Jojo

I never tried this, to document my daily routine, well at least, a day in my normal life. I wake up at 530 every day, perform Fajr and after that, if the bed is tempting than usual, I will have a 10 minutes extra nap, after that, bath. I took 30 minutes to get ready and usually leave the house at 730am. If Mom feels like having breakfast outside, then we go off earlier; 700 am-ish. 

My morning class starts at 9 am and finishes at 1230. Then comes the part I look forward the most everyday- lunch time, because this is the only time when we can take off the thinking hat and rest our brain. We have lunch together everyday with my colleagues, and for us it is like an off time, when it's a taboo for anyone to mention anything about work. We always talk about silly and shallow things where no heavy deduction skills are needed, ya, considering that you have a 3 hours class prior. Mentally tired! We wouldn't want to drain your energy because at 130pm we resume our class until 5pm. Mom will fetch me at 530pm- after jam jam jam jam jam jam jam jam jam jam jam jam jam jam jam jam jam jam jam jam jam jam jam jam jam jam jam jam jam jam jam jam jam jam jam jam jam jam jam jam jam jam jam jam jam jam jam jam jam jam jam jam jam jam jam, reach house at approximately 620pm.

Pick up the dried clothes, fold and watch TV. I am a boring person, why- because I only watch news on TV since I hit 21. If I want entertainment, then I'll go for movie. TV fails to distract me anymore. I usually go to sleep at 11-ish after I have an 'us time' with my loved one :") (we are 5 hours-gapped FGS)

That's how my normal day goes by. If I have night class, I will have time off in the morning. And during weekend, I will spend my time fully with my Mom.

And these antics will make my days and week, Love them!

They are so young and carefree yet so much to reach out in life. I wish I can turn back the time and fix some glitch here and there. Thus, my advice is spread your wings and prepare to fly, for you have become a butterfly~

Talking about young this guy over here has chopped off his hair, and surprisingly that 'chopped' off his age too!

Now he looks like no older than Bieber or Efron right?? :P

Nevertheless, I miss him so much :(

Girls' Day Out; Lagu Tema: Only Girl by Rihanna

I have recovered am recovering. :) So, today, my colleagues invited me for a lunch together. They miss me! haha They are not scared of me anymore Yeay! Finally I am a trapped damsel no more! Seriously I am bored to death at home. Actually, it was a long-planned Girls' Day out, where we have lunch and spa/massage session together-gether. But at my condition right now, the latter is definitely not an option unless I want to transmit virus to the masseur-_- Anyways, we mutually picked Delizze to be our venue today. I tell you, Delizze keeps improving! Thumbs up!

Since it was lunch hour, the place was so packed that we have to compromise and settled for the outdoor seats. And it was stuffy indeed. Such a downer!

But, guess what? Excellent lighting ler! :D Always look at the bright side. (literally!!Lol!)

Chickening Lagu Tema: Jenny by Click 5

Pardon me for my long hiatus, cos I have a good reason that you wouldn't expect: I got chicken pox! Yes 

-___- u read it right. Anyways, last Thursday, a student approached me (I mean literally) to ask for release because she just recovered from her chicken pox. Then I jokingly ($#$#^%$^) told her, "Jauh2, nanti Miss kena" Pergh mulut masin. On Saturday, I noticed some blisters on my body. And they were extraordinary itchy. And images of that particular student started occupying my mind. Dayuuuum! The next day, I had diarrhea and the blisters had unbelievably doubled! I went to see the doctor and he put me under 48 hours observation, if fever occur, then I am +ve chicken pox. And I hate it when none of my family members can't verify whether I ever had chicken pox. Suddenly Mak is not sure, (all this while she pulled a confident face when I asked about my chicken pox experience) Hmmm.. I was granted X sick leave and do practically nothing at home. Miss office :( I put no pressure on my self about the post-scar cos this thing is out of my control and I let it flows on its own course then. So far I have NONE on my face, only blister at my lips cleavage. Most of them at my trunk and shoulder blade.

P/S: No No to eggs and soy sauce and fan, Yes, kipas angin..

P/S/S: To my readers, please pray for my speedy recovery. Currently I have too much to handle. Seriously.

Just got back form my monthly ordeal:- braces appointment, nothing much done today, just replacing the chains and according to my Dr. Alex, my teeth have been very obedient. Ehemm. But it was a relatively long wait today, almost an hour. (That made me made a lot of friends) My appointment is at 515pm and I was only admitted at 6.10pm. But the process took no longer than 10mins, Pfft. Less painful, because less intensity of tightening today. I still opt for my clear chains and my next appointment will be on the 4th of December. Oh ya, I also asked for painkiller because my supply dah aben! Bersedialah tonight for the pain....

Malcolm in the Middle Case Study; Lagu Tema: The only Exception by Paramore

I don't know you guys but I am still under the full control of my mother, in the sense of going out and making decision. At the tender, tough age of 25, earning, engaged and already a 7 years holder of driving license, you wouldn't believe that my curfew can be as early as 4pm! T_T, not that I question what I have done to deserve that, but I think I am getting used to it. When I was doing my Master early 2009, it was the first time I was detached from my parents. Yeay! Since my class started at 7 pm and ended at 10pm, I felt awkward to be able to experience night time out without my parents, because Mom always make sure if I went out, I must be back before dusk. And I began feeling restless if I was not home yet after the class (the case when friends invited me to hang around at mamak) It's a funny plus awkward feeling tho. 

Now that I am the only one who stays with Mom, nothing changes. My curfew is even reset earlier at 2pm! Ya, I must be back even before the shopping complex open!Pfft. How am I getting a life / having fun? The solution is- to go out with Mom. That's why Kuchingites will find me with my Mom all the time, since she is a movie buff too, so it's cool with me. The uncool part would be when my colleagues (new ones) notice that I am always restless and in a rush everytime we hang out together. And they will jaw drop, or OMGing me or talk behind my back when I say my mom call and ask me to go home now. and it's only 430pm. And they have a new nick for me "the office hour lepaker" You can call me what ever you like, but I have no problem living this kind of life.I am so used to it. And there were cases when I did get carried away (for just like a tad extra of 30 minutes) Mom will start harassing me with phone calls, and my Mom is one persistent woman, she will call until you pick up. That's why my ringtone for her is always the loudest and shocking, warning songs, recently her caller ringtone is OMG by Usher ...you know, the opening goes "OOO mmmaaaiii Gossshhh.." Spot on!Hahaha

I wonder any of you have the same lifestyle/ experience with me. Still under heavy scrutiny and surveillance by your mom. But what ever her intentions are, I am very certain that it is bona fide and nothing more than to protect me. And I look forward to experience/see what happens in the transition to a married life, come what may.
