 I have registered to Level Up Fitness a week ago and begin my routine today. For the record, I am 100% satisfied with the gym. Well done Kenny for initiating something like this instead of opening another kopitiam yang dah berlambak di Kuching. Who doesn't know Kenny Sia, the famous blogger? He is the owner of this gym and he's only 26! The gym is definitely state of the art, I have nothing to complain. he..

 I spent 3 whole hours this morning, can't wait for the class tonight!

Amalkan Gaya Hidup Sihat Part I

This is my ritual jogging place, Taman Rimba Sama Jaya  for the past years. Today Mom & Dad decided to join me, wee! Why I love this place; selain dekat dengan rumah,

The distant is pre-fixed. The trail is in the middle of the woods, you have no choice but to finish it once you enter the track. 1.6 km, thats = 4x pusing stadium! I always settle for 3 rounds. (I am enticing you guys to join me..hehe)

You can keep track of your distance.

It's very2 shady, so worry not about the blazing sun, surrounded by trees, means high concentration of O2.

Yep,these are the major contributor of my massive weightloss :)

 When I mean ritual, I really mean it, I never failed to jog unless hujan or other prior commitment.

Percy Jackson & Valentine's Day Reviews (contain spoiler!!)

Percy Jackson & the Lightning Thief

All thumbs up for Percy Jackson! I superlove this movie cuz it is a story of Gods and Goddesses. HAHAHA..Here's how it goes.. Percy is the son of the Poseidon, one of the greek gods, that made him a demi-god. A demi-god is produced when the Gods visit earth and make babies with the human. Yes, you got it correct, the descendants of these gods and goddesses will succeed their parents' power. Zeus (Poseidon's brother) lost his lightning bolt weapon and pointed at Percy as the prime suspect. So, because of this, Percy's secret identity has exposed and he is sent to the halfblood camp, a camp specially for the demi-gods and goddesses! Wee!! There he befriended with a demi-goddess named Annabeth, the daughter of Goddess Athena (the Goddess of war-strategy! Ada beran?). Together they went for a quest of the real lightning thief. I used to have a penchant for the greek gods movies when I was little. Ingat tak cerita Hercules dulu2, time takde CGI? best! hehe. Anyways, Hercules is a demi-god. :) for the rest of the story, go and watch yourself! Best gila..hehe

P/S/S: Suka dgn audience di Sibu, very expressive.. reciprocate well with the movie.

P/S/S: There's God of the sea, God of the sun, Goddess of Love, God of Thunder, Goddess of Pink? HAHAHAHA

Valentine's Day

Just so you know, I watched this star-studded movie today with mom. Vday gambles on its line up of famous faces but nevertheless, interesting storyline. The characters appearances are distributed evenly through out the movie, so worry not about who outshines who. I think the leads are Ashton Kutcher and Jennifer Garner. Vday unravels how different people will differently appreciate Vday specifically and Love generally. Some might either love or dread the day. You can see how the characters usher the meaning of love in poison or potion form. And be prepared to see love in a very distinct perspective.

Sibu RoadTrip

Pardon me for my long hiatus, therefore I would like to compensate it with this entry. Mom decided to go for a roadtrip to Sibu to occupy the stretched holiday. It was an impromptu trip actually, kena kejut pagi2 terus ckp pegi Sibu. The only thing I managed to grab are the accessories for my dental care. This braces begins to take its toll on me. Seriously. We departed at 8 but Mak being Mak, a lot of pitstops for cerodey, bahulu, ikan terubuk masin,etc.etc. The real journey only took place at 930. Babah navigated the first hour and I took over all the way from Serian to Sibu. The supposedly 6hours journey had been delayed by an accident in Sri Aman, where a proton collided with a van. Both remuk habis. Taking it for a lesson, I drove slowly and steadily. The heavy pour also impeded the journey. 

Initially the reason to go to Sibu is to visit nenek's grave. Since it is CNY, the Hong Kong of Malaysia town paralyzed. We got not much things to do. Duduk rumah, and play with these fellows.

Thanks for forcing me when we were chasing after deadlines, looking after my place whenever I'm in Kch, folding my clothes, preparing my notes, BEING MY LOYAL PHOTOGRAPHER , looking after my Eliza (cuci, isi minyak full everytime lepas guna, pandai2 letak P) whenever my dad's in Kch, looking at only the best in me, and foremost, a non judgmental friend... I miss all the moments we had back together in KK and looking forward for more.

 

  

  

 

P/S: 26 is still not 30.hhaha, dun worry, like you said age is just a number, and you don't look like one, in fact you look like you are 16!! (upah?) hahaha

I am braced!!

I'm finally braced! And it was a painless procedure(tapi aftermath dia sgt sakit ok), thanks to my orthodontist. He took only 1 hour to complete the whole process. :D Including 10 minutes briefing.. Makan jangan cabul kata nya, means I have to end my affairs with my beloved peanuts!! Also tough meat and chilled food.

Maggi udang!

My sis-in-law's husband, biras la tu kan, posted about him eating asam laksa with tenggiri. Suddenly reminds me of MAGGI UDANG!! Yup, this maggi ever existed! and many of you don't even realized! I remember I always choose this over the rest because of the pink packaging. And I was in primary school at that time. For those who remember, please support this fact.ehehe.. I have no idea when and why they discontinue maggi udang ni.. padahal sedapppp....

He looks good great in this crew cut!! I think his widows peak adds score to his new look. I can't help but to fall in love over and over again. Like is an understatement, I superlove it! He should have done it sooner! =) And he did it by himself!
